It's cold - and this soup is Spokane's favorite way to warm up! White bean chili is creamy, yet dairy-free and chockfull of good-for-you anti-inflammatory alliums such as onions, bell peppers, and garlic. With a high fiber (good for gut health!) cannellini beans, this soup is filling even though it is vegetarian. Slowly simmered in our homemade vegetable stock with a handful of kale, fresh herbs and seasonings, then topped with cheese (option to omit). Served w/chef's choice of gluten-free side
