We deliver all meals on Monday between approximately 9-3PM

If you wish you pick-up meals, you can purchase them onsite from our kiosks at either Bohemian Retail locations on north Division or in the Spokane Valley during their normal business hours of operation. 

We work with dietitians and nutrition professionals to created balances, whole food meals for you. Meals are designed for lunches or dinners and are typically between  350 to 700 calories per serving (see menu nutrition for each meal). 

We believe that diets should be simple and food should be sourced as close to home as possible for the highest quality nutrition. 

Our online menus are gluten-free (not certified, we do work in a kitchen with gluten).  Most meals offer a vegetarian options (see menu for substitutions), extra protein, and dairy-free.

• Sodium content: most meals are under 700mg. Check labels and read nutrition info. under each meal

Currently, we do not accommodate serious allergies. Our meals can usually accommodate vegetarians and those with dairy intolerances, however, not always. Speak to a representative first. 

Meals online you will see are all gluten-free, however we do work in a facility with gluten, and therefore are not certified.  At this time we are unable to accommodate celiac disease in case of gluten contamination in the share kitchen.

We take our nutrition seriously - which means portioning is important for your wellbeing! All nutrition information can be found under individual meals in our menu and on labels.

A la Carte and Meal Plans are intended to be served as single-serving entrees 

•  4 oz. protein (Regular Meals)
•  5 oz. (Extra Protein)

• 1 - 2 cups vegetables

• 3/4 - 1 cup of base (grains, legumes, etc.)

Family Meals are intended to feed up to four people. 

Short answer, no. But we offer some customization: all meals are gluten free. Customize to choose options for dairy free, vegetarian, and high protein options.

Long answer, our goals are to make scratch-made meals with whole food ingredients sourced mostly from local & sustainable farmers and purveyors. Our meals are great for most people and will support health and wellness goals so you feel your very best! It's our hope to make eating healthy simple, by providing meals that are really great for the majority of people - local, whole food, and no-processed crap. We unfortunately don't have the staffing to take on special requests unless it's for a large party.
