Meal Plan/Subscriptions MUST be skipped or cancel delivery BEFORE your next recurring payment, which occurs each Wednesday after midnight. We offer gift cards in way of credit to our store if you forget to cancel on-time.
Log in to customer account
You can access your Customer Portal through your Shopify account login. If you have not registered a separate account MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout for your Meal Plan or other subscription product(s). You can do so by navigating to the 'accounts' icon in the top righthand corner of our website.
Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link - this can be found in your initial Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
Skip a delivery
Once logged in, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.
Swap/Cancel a subscription product
In order to swap your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click on the Actions button found next to the subscription you want to cancel and then select Swap from the dropdown menu. On the following page, you will be prompted to select a new product.
