We work with dietitians and nutrition professionals to created balances, whole food meals for you. Meals are designed for lunches or dinners and are typically between 350 to 700 calories per serving (see menu nutrition for each meal).
We believe that diets should be simple and food should be sourced as close to home as possible for the highest quality nutrition.
Our online menus are gluten-free (not certified, we do work in a kitchen with gluten). Most meals offer a vegetarian options (see menu for substitutions), extra protein, and dairy-free.
