Our kitchen in the Rockwood Lane Retirement Community building. We are located behind Sacred Heart Parish off of 10th Ave. Your GPS will take you behind our kitchen onto 9th Ave. THIS IS NOT CORRECT. When driving south up Cowley, take a left on 10th Ave., immediate left for Sacred Heart Parish church parking lot. We're in the Rockwood Lane Apartment Community - tall brick building. Just walk down ramp connected to the east side of building and ring the doorbell. A staff member should be notified in the kitchen to greet you...If you show up during our regular biz hours!
Currently, we do not accommodate serious allergies. Our meals can usually accommodate vegetarians and those with dairy intolerances, however, not always. Speak to a representative first. Most our meals are gluten-free

Short answer, no. But we offer some customization: all meals are gluten free. Customize to choose options for dairy free, vegetarian, and high protein options.
Long answer, our goals are to make scratch-made meals with whole food ingredients sourced mostly from local & sustainable farmers and purveyors. Our meals are great for most people and will support health and wellness goals so you feel your very best! It's our hope to make eating healthy simple, by providing meals that are really great for the majority of people - local, whole food, and no-processed crap. We unfortunately don't have the staffing to take on special requests unless it's for a large party.
Eating local is the healthiest food because of the quick harvest-to-table turn around, low handling movement, little transportation, and sustainable food practice (like crop rotation!). There are NO reasons we shouldn't be eating mostly local! The majority of our seasonal whole foods are sourced from local small farms with sustainable farming practices upon availability. Some of our favorite farms include: Urban Eden Farm, Piper Farms, and many more up on Green Bluff and at your local farmer's markets in Spokane. We also source foods through LINC - Spokane's farm-to-restuarant delivery service - the bridge between small P.N.W. farms and food business in Spokane. Local nutrition is the best nutrition, so be sure to shop local foods whenever you can!
No. You must cancel subscriptions and orders before Wednesday's by midnight to ensure a refund or non-charge - otherwise we do not offer returns or refunds unless communicated and agreed upon under special circumstances. We will deal with this on a situational basis.
To cancel subscription: log in to your account on the top right hand side of our website (or create account). Manage 'Delivery Schedule" and skip or cancel weeks. If you are ordering for a large party or special event and need to cancel, we must have a 7-day heads up or you will be charged for full amount.
As a small food business, we just cannot afford to supply refunds on already cooked or purchased food inventory items - the time it takes our team and chefs to purchase and cook the food is expensive! Not to mention, wasted food is a bugger!!
