While our version of this dish is boasts only a mild spice, versus its traditional counterpart, this traditional Chinese stir fry boasts buttery tender beef enveloped in a dynamic sauce made from layers of garlic, ginger (a pinch of chile) sautéed with bell peppers, celery, green onions, and mushrooms. Served over a bed of brown rice with a side of Sichuan sauce.
