Old Bay Shrimp over Polenta w/Apple-Bacon Chutney
Our signature healthy version of traditional "shrimp and grits" is light and springy with nutritional yeast (in place of cheese for additional B vitamins), roasted cherry tomatoes, bacon, Old Bay seasoned poached shrimp; replacing loads of cheese with our dairy-free version. Comfort food with all the warmth, but with a whole lot less butter and saturated fats. Served with a side of renown local chef Adam Hegsted's Apple-Onion-Bacon Chutney.
