Enjoy this classic chicken curry with potatoes, peas, peppers and a handful of greens for extra nutrition, simmered slow in a creamy coconut milk curry sauce. Served with a side of rice. Note: we never use white potatoes bc high in glycemic. Our goal is to build balanced meals.
