We work with 20+ local farmers and partners to bring seasonal recipes to life, supporting sustainable growing practices. Our menus are seasonally-driven to give you the best in nutrition. Local is defined as being 100 miles from Spokane, getting food from harvest to your table typically within 3 days.

MENU VARIATION

Four times a year we change our menu with the season, giving you a variety of about 100 recipes to choose from annually. Our menu creation is focused on using whole foods, lean proteins, and what is available seasonally to us whenever possible. Of course, our meals are delicious, made for you by our professional chef team.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are able to eliminate much of our waste from fresh produce by using creative cooking methods and utilizing them, for example, in homemade stocks, soups, and even slaws or as garnishes. Our meal containers are reusable and recyclable and our insulated and paper bags are the same. We ask that our customers support our mission to be a sustainable driven company and help eliminate waste with us!

DELIVERY

Each week below corresponds to the week of the month. Just click on the week you wish to have meals delivered and see the corresponding dates for delivery/pick-up. Delivery is 12-3PM each Monday  OR Tuesday. Pick-up at our kitchen is 3-6PM each Monday/Tuesday. Choose delivery option during checkout with corresponding 'shipping methods'. Check out delivery areas
