One of our absolute favorite meals! Your traditional shepherd's pie, but lower in glycemic with sweet potatoes (despite their name!). Slow cooked root vegetables, mushrooms, fresh herbs, and tender-roasted turkey in a richly seasoned sauce, topped with baked sweet potato.
