Ribollita (Italian Stew)
Ribollita is a famous Tuscan bread soup, a hearty potage perfect for your Meatless Monday goals! Our variation includes cannellini beans, kale, tomatoes, carrot, celery, garlic, and onion. To bring out the flavor we'll add a dash of white wine and slow simmer the pot in our rich vegetable stock. What makes this will be a drizzle of rosemary-lemon garlic oil upon serving, topped with Parmesan cheese. Served w/chef's choice of gluten-free side.
