Mediterranean Hummus Bowl (V)
Ya'll know we're really into bowls - it's one of the best ways to pack a ton of nutrition to fuel your passions, while being able to include a variety of flavors. Roasted cauliflower rice tossed with garlic and fresh eggplant serve as the base to this vegetarian bowl. Then, we'll top it with all your fave Mediterranean veggies: sweet cherry tomatoes, refreshing cucumber, and Walla Walla sweet onions tossed in a honey and red wine vinegar dressing. To top it off, enjoy our homemade garlicky hummus (a customer fave!) and a hardboiled egg for extra protein.
