Clam chowder is typically full of fat and heavy (albeit, delicious), but we're taking a Manhattan twist! One of the owners all-time favorite soups, this chowder is tomato-based (instead of cream) and includes all your faves like savory shrimp, high beta-carotene sweet potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, and clams (high in zinc!)...slow simmered in our homemade tomato-based vegetarian broth for perfection (and high concentration of mineral and nutrients). We even stir in some wilted kale for extra nutrition! Side: chef's choice.
