Enjoy deep, savory traditional flavors from turmeric, curry, garlic, and ginger that all provide anti-inflammatory properties. We'll sub coconut milk for diary milk, giving this traditional meal a luxurious creamy texture. Lentils are full of fiber and support your gut health big time! Our Dhal is served over a bed of Indian-style rice with a Greek yogurt dollop.
