Polenta is a creamy gluten-free dish made of cornmeal that is a perfect lower carb sub in for noodles. Our gluten-free chicken parmesan is breaded, baked and sow cooked and simmered in our homemade tomato sauce and topped with a melted  parmesan cheese mixture, served over a bed of polenta and a side of green beans.
