A much HEALTHIER take on Taco Tuesdays! We know we needed to upgrade this salad from the first month, so here is a new and much improved taco salad with all the makings: cabbage, taco seasoned turkey, black beans, corn, homemade pick de Gallo, Greek yogurt (in place of sour cream), green onions and Mexican cheese blend.

Ingredients: ground turkey, corn, black beans, Greek yogurt, Organic cabbage, Mexican cheese, pick de Gallo, seasonings and herbs

Vegetarian option: omit ground turkey, increase vegetables/beans
Dairy-free: omit Greek Yogurt and cheese

Nutrition: 450 cal | 17g fat | 39g carb | 39g protein | 900mg sodium
